Walking Football was introduced to Berowra Football Club during the Summer football program of 2020/21.
Walking Football is a low-impact, team-based exercise, utilising the Walking Football Rules and Formats – specifically, minimal contact with players and always having one foot on the ground. Walking Football aims to provide participants with physical and mental health benefits, social connections, and the benefits of ongoing physical activity.
Berowra Football club is running a Summer program from Jan – March 2021, with plans in place to continue during the Winter season.
