As our current U11 players prepare to move into U12 football in 2027, we'd like to gather feedback from families to help us plan for the season ahead.

This anonymous survey seeks to understand:

How many players are intending to return in 2027.
Interest in paid coaching and player development.
Preferences regarding training frequency.
The willingness of parents and carers to assist as coaches, managers, volunteers or committee members.
