By registering for and attending the Berowra Football Club Seniors Presentation Night, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I attend the event voluntarily and at my own risk.

• I will comply with all venue rules and any reasonable directions provided by Berowra FC officials, volunteers and venue staff.

• I understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event and may be used by Berowra FC for club communications, promotional materials, social media, the club website and historical records.

• I am responsible for my personal belongings and Berowra FC accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

• Where alcohol is served, I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all venue and legal requirements.

• To the extent permitted by law, I release Berowra FC, its volunteers, officials and sponsors from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from my attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
